摘　　要：为了解决当前高校工科专业的教学内容与企业的实际需求存在一定差距的问题,高校方面应该在未来的新工科建设与人才培养方面充分结合企业的实际需求,通过企业的实际需求来创新新工科教学内容,将人才培养的重点放在未来学生所需要胜任的岗位上。通过这种方式来帮助高校更好地建设新工科专业,契合企业实际需求来培养相应的工科专业人才。In order to solve the problem that there is a certain gap between the teaching content of engineering majors in colleges and universities and the actual needs of enterprises,colleges and universities should fully combine the actual needs of enterprises in the future construction of new engineering and talent cultivation,innovate the teaching content of new engineering through the actual needs of enterprises,and focus on how to better meet the positions that future students need to be competent.In this way,colleges and universities can better build new engineering specialties and meet the actual needs of enterprises to cultivate corresponding engineering specialty talents.
