摘  要:在造纸中段废水处理过程中,精确控制药品添加量是絮凝法的关键技术。zeta电位可以反映胶体颗粒的稳定性,表征废水处理过程中絮凝效果,指导絮凝剂的添加。基于流动电位法搭建zeta电位在线测定装置;构建以可编程逻辑控制器为核心的絮凝剂投加量的优化控制系统,构成现场设备单元——监控单元——执行单元的三级控制单元。实验结果表明,该系统能够实时检测待测废水的zeta电位,并采用比例、积分和微分综合控制器,优化控制絮凝剂的投加量,且系统具有良好的人机界面。Precisely controlling the amount of flocculant additive is the key technology of flocculation process in the treatment of intermediate wastewater of papermaking.Zeta potential can reflect the stability of colloidal particles,characterize the flocculation effect in wastewater treatment,and guide the addition of flocculants.An on-line measuring device for zeta potential is built based on the flow potential method,and the three-level control unit of field equipment unit-computer monitoring unit-execution unit is constituted.The experimental results show that the system can detect the zeta potential of the wastewater to be measured in real time,and use the ratio,integral and differential integrated controller to optimize the control of flocculant dosage,and the system has a good man-machine interface.
