摘 要:随增龄脑的形态结构及功能会发生退行性变化,引起认知功能减退,影响日常生活活动能力与生活质量。运动对于防治认知功能减退至关重要,能有效延缓衰老相关认知功能减退。运动延缓衰老相关认知功能减退的可能机制涉及神经营养因子介导的海马神经发生过程、缓解海马体tau蛋白的过度磷酸化、延缓脑萎缩、增加脑血流量等方面,运动还能通过调控肠道代谢产物抑制炎症,进而发挥其延缓衰老相关认知功能减退的作用。With increasing age,the morphological structure and function of the brain will undergo degenerative changes,leading to cognitive decline and affecting the ability to perform activities of daily living and quality of life.Exercise is essential for the prevention and treatment of cognitive decline and can effectively delay age-related cognitive decline.The possible mechanisms of exercise for delaying aged-related cognitive decline involve neurotrophic factor-mediated hippocampal neurogenesis,reduction of hippocampal tau protein hyperphosphorylation,slowdown of cerebral atrophy,increased cerebral blood flow,and other effects.Exercise can also suppress inflammation by regulating intestinal metabolites,thus exerting its effects on delaying age-related cognitive decline.
