超高倍显微镜检测慢性咽炎患者咽分泌物中幽门螺杆菌的结果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究慢性咽炎患者采用超高倍显微镜检测咽分泌物中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的结果。方法 数据取自本院2020年1月-2020年12月收治的100例慢性咽炎患者为患病组,另择取同期收治的100例健康体检者为体检组,均利用超高倍显微镜检测咽分泌物中的Hp,两组检测结果比较分析。结果 经统计,患病组患者中,咽部分泌物中检出Hp阳性有78例,阳性率为78.00%;阴性有22例,阴性率为22.00%;体检组患者中,咽部分泌物中检出Hp阳性有5例,阳性率为5.00%;阴性有95例,阴性率为95.00%;相较体检组,患病组Hp检出率更高,P <0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 咽分泌物中检测Hp时应用超高倍显微镜可作为筛选的新方法,尽早明确Hp阳性、为疾病治疗提供参考,Hp感染与喉反流的关系需进一步研究、临床需引起高度重视。Objective To investigate the detection of Helicobacter pylori acid(Hp)in pharyngeal secretions of patients with chronic pharyngitis by ultra-high power microscopy.Methods Data were collected from 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,and another 100 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group,hP in pharyngeal secretion was detected by ultra-high power microscope,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results In the Observation Group,78 cases(78.00%)were HP positive,22 cases(22.00%)were HP negative,and in the control group,78 cases(78.00%)were HP positive,22 cases(22.00%)were HP negative,the positive rate of HP in pharyngeal secretion was 5.00%(5/95)and 95.00%(95/95)respectively,the positive rate of HP in the Observation Group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultra-high power microscope in the detection of HP in pharyngeal secretion can be used as a new screening method to identify HP positive as early as possible and provide reference for the treatment of diseases,the relationship between HP infection and laryngeal reflux needs further study and clinical attention.
