支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术治疗声带息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究声带息肉用支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术治疗的效果。方法 2018年5月-2022年5月,从本院收治的声带息肉患者中选择80例,随机分2组,各40例,对照组:支撑喉镜下常规切除术,试验组:支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术,比较治疗情况。结果 术前血清C反应蛋白、HNR、PPQ水平相比,无差异,P>0.05,术后对比血清C反应蛋白、HNR、PPQ水平,试验组优于对照组,P<0.05;首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间、住院时间相比,试验组短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗总有效率相比,试验组值为97.5%,对照组值为80.0%,2组相比,试验组高于对照组,P<0.05;对比术后并发症率,试验组有3例,对照组有12例,发生率试验组7.5%少于对照组30.0%,P<0.05。结论 在声带息肉治疗中,运用支撑喉镜下CO_(2)激光切除术,可以在改善嗓音指标、降低C反应蛋白水平的同时缩短症状缓解时间,具有较高的治疗效果,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the effect of CO_(2) laser resection for vocal cord polyps with support laryngoscope.Methods From May 2018 to May 2022,80 patients with vocal cord polyp admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 40 cases.The control group received conventional resection under supportive laryngoscope and the experimental group received CO_(2) laser resection under supportive laryngoscope.The treatment was compared.Results There was no difference in the levels of C-reactive protein,HNR and PPQ before surgery(P>0.05).Compared with the levels of C-reactive protein,HNR and PPQ after surgery,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the time of first sound,the time of complete voice recovery and the time of hospitalization,the experimental group was shorter than the control group,P<0.05;The total effective rate was 97.5%in the experimental group and 80.0%in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the postoperative complication rate,there were 3 cases in the experimental group and 12 cases in the control group,and the incidence rate in the experimental group was 7.5%less than that in the control group,30.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of vocal polyps,CO_(2) laser resection under the support laryngoscope can improve the voice index,reduce the level of C-reactive protein and shorten the time of symptom resolution,which has a high therapeutic effect and is worthy of recommendation.
