摘　　要：耳源性之眩晕,古今之难题也,而中医治疗耳眩晕颇具优势。本文以中医学理论为基础,首先对其症状特点进行概述,然后详细论述具有中医特色的疗法,而后对不同证型给予辩证施护和辩证施膳,最后通过典型病案进行分析和总结。运用中医特色护理,配合辨证施护、施膳,能尽快缓解患者痛苦,达到治病求本、标本兼治的疗效。Vertigo of otogenic origin is an ancient and modern problem,and the treatment of aural vertigo by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is quite advantageous.Based on the theory of Chinese medicine,this paper firstly gives an overview of its symptoms and characteristics,then discusses in detail the treatment with Chinese medicine characteristics,and then provides dialectical care and diet for different types of symptoms,and finally analyzes and summarizes through typical cases.The use of TCM characteristic nursing care,together with evidence-based nursing care and meal administration,can relieve the patient's pain as soon as possible and achieve the curative effect of treating the disease at its root and treating both symptoms and root causes.
