卡塔格内综合征两例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的 探讨卡塔格内综合征的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2例卡塔格内综合征患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果 2例卡塔格内综合征患者,男女各1例,分别为14岁和22岁,男性患者因反复咳嗽、咳痰等症状就诊;女性患者因反复鼻塞、刺激性咳嗽等症状就诊。2例CT影像学提示存在内脏转位、支气管扩张、鼻窦炎三联征,入院后确诊卡塔格内综合征。2例均给予抗感染、祛痰及鼻窦手术治疗后好转。结论 卡塔格内综合征临床表现为支气管扩张、鼻窦炎和内脏转位三联征,对于反复上呼吸道感染及鼻窦炎患者,应考虑到卡塔格内综合征的可能,提高对卡塔格内综合征的认识,早期诊断,综合治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of Kartagener syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with Kartagener syndrome were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results Two patients with Kartagener syndrome,one male and one female,were 14 years old and 22 years old,respectively.The male patient visited the hospital because of repeated cough and expectoration.The female patient visited the clinic due to repeated nasal congestion,irritant cough and other symptoms.Two cases were diagnosed with Kartagener syndrome after admission because of the triad of visceral transposition,bronchiectasis and sinusitis.Both cases were improved after anti-infection,expectorant and sinus surgery.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of Kartagener syndrome are triad of bronchiectasis,sinusitis and visceral transposition.The possibility of Kartagener syndrome should be considered in patients with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and sinusitis,so as to improve the understanding of Kartagener syndrome,early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment.
