摘　　要：目的分析鼻咽癌放疗者实施颈部皮肤护理干预后实际改善结果。方法从2021年1月份至2022年5月份期间我院放疗科的鼻咽癌放疗且发作颈部放射性皮炎者中选定64例,按照随机数表法分为甲乙组,甲组应用常规干预,乙组应用综合干预,比较依从率、满意率、负性情绪与SCORAD评分。结果甲乙组放疗者干预后依从率为75.00%,93.75%,满意率71.88%,96.88%,乙组偏高;SCORAD评分与负性情绪评分乙组偏小,数据存在显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗者有安抚情绪,提升依从性、修复颈部皮损作用。Objective To analyze the actual improvement results of neck skin care intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods From January 2021 to May 2022,64 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients with cervical radiation dermatitis were selected and divided into group A and Group B according to random number table method.Group A received conventional intervention and group B received comprehensive intervention.The compliance rate,satisfaction rate,negative emotion and SCORAD score were compared.Results After intervention,the compliance rate of radiotherapy patients in group A and Group B was 75.00%,93.75%,and the satisfaction rate was 71.88%,96.88%,which was higher in group B.SCORAD score and negative emotion score were smaller in group B,and the data had significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can soothe emotions,improve compliance and repair neck lesions in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy.
