健康教育在五官科护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 分析研究在五官科护理工作中采取健康教育的应用价值。方法 选取2021.01-2021.12区间本院收治200例五官科患者作为主体展开对照分析,依据护理方式差异性展开规范分组,记对照组(实施常规护理的100例患者)、观察组(实施健康教育的100例患者),统计两组各项指标分析。结果 观察组健康知识掌握程度占比高于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,心理状态无显著差异,P>0.05;干预后,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,生活质量无显著差异,P>0.05;干预后,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度占比高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在五官科护理期间采取健康教育并规范合理实施,具有改善心理状态、提高健康知识掌握水平的效果,且生活质量及满意度均有所提升,很大程度上提高了护理水平,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。Objective To analyze and study the application value of health education in ent nursing work.Methods 200 cases of ENT patients admitted to our hospital between 2021.01 and 2021.12 were selected as the main body to carry out a control analysis,according to the difference of nursing methods to expand the standard grouping,recorded the control group(the implementation of routine nursing 1o0 cases of patients),the observation group(the implementation of health education 100 cases of patients),statistical analysis of the two groups of indicators.Results The proportion of health knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in mental state,P>0.05;After intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction ratio of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the period of ent nursing,health education and standardized and reasonable implementation can improve the psychological state,improve the level of health knowledge,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction,greatly improve the nursing level,which has the value of reference and application and promotion in clinical.
