有效沟通在职业健康检查纯音电测听力测试中的重要性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析有效沟通在职业健康检查纯音电测听力测试中的重要性。方法 现以2022年6月至2023年5月作为病例抽样时间,选取我院收入的职业健康检查纯音电测听力测受检者128例作为研究对象,分别于护理沟通前后各一次进行纯音听力测试,观察沟通前后,受检者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及听力测试结果。结果 沟通后,受检者纯单听力测试复查率(61.72%)与沟通前的(100.00%)相比明显降低(P<0.05);心理状态测评结果显示,沟通后,受检者SAS、SDS两项评分与沟通前相比明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 在职业健康检查纯音电测听力测试中,有效沟通可以缓解受检者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提升其测试配合度,减轻身心因素对测试结果准确性的影响,进一步降低复查率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the importance of effective communication in occupational health examination hearing test.Methods From June 2022 to May 2022,1282023 of pure tone audiometry were selected as the study subjects,pure tone hearing test was conducted before and after nursing communication.The results of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and hearing test were observed before and after communication.Results After communication,the reexamination rate of pure hearing test(61.72%)was significantly lower than that before communication(100.00%)(p<0.05),the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before communication(p<0.05).Conclusion In the pure tone electroaudiometry test of occupational health examination,effective communication can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve the test cooperation,and reduce the influence of physical and mental factors on the accuracy of test results,it has high clinical application value to further reduce the reexamination rate.
