摘　　要：优秀传统人伦道德是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其中蕴含着丰富的道德资源和价值观念,对于涵养青年大学生使命担当有着不可或缺的作用。然而在当今社会,优秀传统人伦道德所弘扬的传统价值观念存在内化不足、教化不力、日渐式微等诸多困境。依托学校、社会、新媒体、家庭和学生自我等路径,推动优秀传统人伦道德的创造性转化与创新性发展,是增强青年大学生的角色认知意识和使命担当能力、加快推进中华民族伟大复兴历史进程的理性选择。Excellent traditional human ethics and morality is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,which contains rich moral resources and values,and plays an indispensable role in cultivating the mission of young college students.However,in today's society,there are many difficulties in the traditional values promoted by excellent traditional human ethics and morality,such as insufficient internalization,ineffective education,and gradual decline.Relying on the path of school,society,new media,family and student self,it is a rational choice to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional human ethics and morality,which is to enhance the role cognitive awareness and mission ability of young college students,and accelerate the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
