网络烂梗的泛起逻辑、危害及纠治之道

摘　　要：网络烂梗是互联网时代催生的文化糟粕,对广大人民特别是青少年的精神世界造成了潜移默化的巨大影响。网络烂梗的泛起是资本逻辑的宰制、网络媒介的狂欢、多股社会思潮的联动渲染和社会心理的极化共同作用的结果。网络烂梗给国家、社会和个人造成了多重危害,包括混淆历史认知,消解经典文化;遮蔽主流价值,价值取向错位;践踏道德底线,违背公序良俗;语言表达失范,文化素养匮乏。对此,必须以敢于亮剑的斗争精神揭露网络烂梗弊病,以猛药去疴的严格治理打压网络烂梗势头,以先进文化的浸润滋养净化网络文化环境,以情理交融的思想引导唤醒网络烂梗麻醉,进而及时有效地治理网络烂梗乱象,建设风清气正的网络空间,为青少年成长营造良好的网络氛围。The Internet rotten gags are the cultural dross generated in the Internet era,which have exerted an unconscious but huge influence on people,especially adolescents’spirit world.The generation of internet rotten gags results from the dominating force of capital logic,the revelry on the internet,the interactive rendering of multiple social trends of thought and the linkage rendering of multiple social trends of thought and the polarization of social psychology.The Internet rotten gags lead to numerous hazards for the country,society and individuals,including confusing historical cognition and dispelling classical culture;obscuring the mainstream value and dislocating value orientation;transgressing the boundaries of morality and violating public order and good customs;causing chaos in verbal expression and lacking in cultural literacy.In response to this,we must reveal the perils of the internet rotten gags with the fighting spirit;crack down on the internet rotten gags with strict governance;purify the internet cultural environment with advanced culture,guide and wake up the network rotten gags anesthesia with the thought of blending emotion and reason,and then timely and effectively control the network rotten gags chaos,build a clean and upright network space,and create a good network atmosphere for the growth of young people.
