摘　　要：较大的牙龈瘤直接切除极易导致牙龈组织缺损面积增大、根面暴露等问题。利用膜龈美学手术有利于恢复牙龈瘤切除后软组织的缺损及外形。本文报道利用双层技术修复牙龈瘤切除后的软组织缺损1例。Direct resection of large epulis can easily lead to problems such as increased gingival defect area and exposed root surface.The use of mucogingival aesthetic surgery is conducive to the recovery of soft tissue defects and appearance after epulis resection.This paper reports the successful management of soft tissue wound repair following epulis resection with bilaminar technique.
