摘　　要：目的通过省、市居民电子健康卡一体化架构,实现基于电子健康卡的儿童诊疗信息互通共享及数据跨机构调用。方法构建儿童电子健康卡主索引,统一院内儿童患者身份标识,融合院内多档案,汇聚新生儿诊疗信息,实现院内数据互通共享和跨机构数据调用。结果实现了基于电子健康卡的儿童跨域诊疗信息互联互通,实现历次诊疗信息可视化汇聚,打通了住院分娩和疫苗接种数据共享,实现了儿童重症监护远程探视等便民利民应用服务。结论提升了基层医疗机构与上级卫生健康主管部门间的数据交互能力,增强了医疗机构的服务能力,提高了儿童患者就医体验和获得感,为儿童诊疗信息跨域、跨机构互通共享打下基础。Objective This study aims to achieve seamless interoperability and cross-institutional data access of pediatric diagnosis and treatment information through the integrated architecture of provincial and municipal residents’electronic health cards.Methods Unify the identification of pediatric patients in the hospital,integrate multiple records within the hospital,gather newborn diagnosis and treatment information,and facilitate data exchange and sharing within the hospital.Results We have achieved cross domain diagnosis and treatment information interconnection for children based on electronic health cards,realizing the visualization and aggregation of previous diagnosis and treatment information,facilitating the sharing of hospital delivery and vaccine vaccination data,and providing convenient and beneficial application services such as remote visits to pediatric intensive care.Conclusion This study significantly improves data exchange capabilities between grassroots healthcare institutions and higher-level regulatory authorities,enhances the service capacity of healthcare providers,and enhances the overall healthcare experience and patient satisfaction for pediatric patients.Furthermore,it establishes a foundation for the seamless cross-domain and cross-institutional sharing of pediatric diagnosis and treatment information,serving both medical professionals and patients.
