摘　　要：目的落实国家高质量发展的信息化建设与智慧医院管理要求,利用信息技术,打造院内闭环智慧办公系统,促进医院管理规范化,提高工作效率。方法通过统一用户认证、统一搜索引擎、文件在线转换中心和移动应用管理等技术,建设公文管理、会议管理、流程管理、档案管理闭环化办公系统,实现院内外全闭环化信息资源整合与处理。结果通过落实全闭环医院办公系统的建设与使用,使得收文上传下达最快只需4小时,发文拟稿到发布最快只需19小时,线上月均审批流程555条,月均归档305份文档,单个公文的流转时长由103.79小时降低至43.69小时,纸质成本月均节省2080页,全体职工办公效率有效提高。结论通过全闭环医院办公系统在医院内的实际应用,实现了办公快捷高效、办公模式标准、行政管理统一。Objective In response to the national requirements for high-quality development,information construction and intelligent management,we will use information technology to create a closed-loop intelligent office system in the hospital to promote the standardization of hospital management,improve work efficiency.Methods Through technologies such as unified user authentication,unified search engine,online file conversion center and mobile application management,the closed-loop system of document management,conference management,process management and file management is built to realize the integration and processing of information resources inside and outside the hospital.Results Through the implementation of the full closed loop hospital office system,it takes only 4 hours to upload and release incoming documents,19 hours to publish documents,555 online monthly approval processes,305 documents are archived per month,the circulation time of a single official document is reduced from 103.79 hours to 43.69 hours,2,080 pages of paper cost are saved per month,and the office efficiency of all staff is effectively improved.Conclusion The practical application of intelligent office system in the hospital has realized fast and efficient office work,standard office mode,and unified administrative management.
