摘　　要：地方音乐文化是社会主义新农村文化建设的有机组成部分,是丰富新农村文化体系的基本内容,拥有其他社会要素难以替代的净化、感染、唤醒、激励、启迪等功能。能够使农村居民的心灵得以净化,人格得以深化,并且为新农村形成文明新风、构建精神文明提供必要的支持和依托。文章结合地方音乐在新农村文化建设中的作用,明确其发展问题,提出以队伍建设、文化宣传、加强保护为主的发展策略。以期提高地方音乐文化的影响力,助推新农村文化建设进程,实现农村居民的精神共同富裕。Local music culture is an organic component of the construction of socialist new rural culture,and is the basic content of enriching the new rural cultural system.It has functions such as purification,infection,awakening,motivation,and enlightenment that cannot be replaced by other social factors.It can purify the souls of rural residents,deepen their personalities,and provide necessary support and support for the formation of a civilized new atmosphere and the construction of spiritual civilization in the new countryside.The article combines the role of local music in the construction of new rural culture,clarifies its development issues,and proposes development strategies that focus on team building,cultural promotion,and strengthening protection,In order to enhance the influence of local music culture,promote the construction process of new rural culture,and achieve the spiritual common prosperity of rural residents.
