高职院校大学生就业教育融入思想政治教育探析

摘　　要：大学生就业是民心工程和根基工程,关系经济发展和国家稳定。党和国家对高校思想政治教育工作和就业教育工作作出了系列决策部署。思想政治教育与就业教育既有着内涵方面的默契,又是提升学生职业素养与就业能力的重要渠道。高职院校就业教育融入思想政治教育是适应经济社会发展、落实立德树人根本任务和促进学生全面发展的需要。对就业教育融入思想政治教育的实践路径进行研究,有利于二者互促共进、互补共长,为培养复合型高素质技术技能人才提供参考。The employment of college students is a project of public sentiment and foundation,which is related to economic development and national stability.The Party and the State have made a series of decisions on the ideological and political education and employment education in colleges and universities.Ideological and political education and employment education not only have tacit agreement in connotation,but also are important channels to promote students’professional quality and employment ability.The integration of employment education into ideological and political education in vocational colleges is to meet the needs of the economic and social development,the implementation of the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people,and the promotion of students’all-round development.The research on the practical path of the integration of employment education into ideological and political education is helpful to promote and complement each other and provides a reference for the training of compound high-quality technical talents.
