摘  要:首先以己二酸、二乙烯三胺为原料加入自研催化剂A合成聚酰胺聚胺(PAE)中间体,在紫外光照射条件下加入环氧氯丙烷进行环氧化反应合成低氯聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。GC-MS结果表明,制备的湿强剂有机氯含量为0.35%、0.11%、0.083%,说明催化剂A能有效降低PAE树脂中有机氯含量。所制备的湿强剂具有优良的湿强效果和超过三个月储存稳定性。在不改变湿强剂用量情况下,纸张的耐破指数和干抗张强度分别提高了7.67%和16.67%。In this paper,polyamide polyamine(PAE)intermediates were first synthesized from adipic acid and diethylenetriamine by adding homemade catalysts A,and epichlorohydrin was added under ultraviolet light irradiation for epoxidation reaction to synthesize low-chlorinated polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin.The GC-MS results showed that the organic chlorine content of the prepared wet-strengthening agent was 0.35%,0.11%and 0.083%,indicating that the catalyst A can effectively reduce the organic chlorine content in PAE resin,and the prepared wet-strengthening agent has excellent wet-strengthening effect and more than three months storage stability.The paper breaking index and dry tensile strength increased by 7.67%and 16.67%,respectively,without changing the amount of wet strength agent.
