摘 要:针对人造金刚石生产车间无人值守的需要,根据六面顶压机的布置情况,研究了无人值守生产车间内的自动导引车(automated guided vehicle,AGV)复合机器人可以操作的六面顶压机数量的确定方法。定义了AGV复合机器人行走的时间与六面顶压机高温高压的时间之比为其有效度,推导了典型布置情况下有效度计算的相关公式;确定了机器人操作特定数量的六面顶压机是否可行的判定条件;当机器人无法操作某一数量的六面顶压机时,给出了改进措施。应用表明,根据有效度的定义及有效度小于等于许用有效度的判定条件,可以方便而有效地确定AGV复合机器人操作六面顶压机的数量,对今后无人车间的AGV复合机器人数量确定具有重要的参考价值。Aiming at the need of unattended production workshop of artificial diamond,a method for determining the number of cubic presses that can be operated by the automated guided vehicle(AGV) of composite robot in the unattended production workshop was proposed based on the layout of the cubic presses.The ratio of the walking time of the AGV composite robot to the time of the high temperature and high pressure of the cubic press was defined as its effective degree,and the relevant formula of calculating the effectiveness under typical layout was derived.Besides,the conditions for determining the feasibility of the robot to operate a certain number of cubic presses had been determined,and improvement measures were given when the robot cannot operate a certain number of cubic presses.The applications demonstrate that the number of AGV composite robots operating the cubic presses can be determined conveniently and effectively based on the concept of effectiveness and the determination conditions of effectiveness less than or equal to allowable effectiveness.Our method has important reference value for determining the number of AGV composite robots in unattended workshops in the future.
