摘  要:目的调查^(131)I全身显像异常摄取的发生情况及分析其影响因素。方法回顾性分析北京核工业医院自2018年1月1日起至2023年6月30日共2426例患者的^(131)I全身显像,总结异常摄取的发生概率及各个部位发生假阳性图像的类型。结果发现异常摄取总共405例,其中生理性摄取共258例,放射性滞留共95例,非肿瘤性病理学摄取共4例,放射性污染48例。发生在头部72例,在胸部143例,在腹盆部143例,在四肢32例。结论异常摄取在^(131)I全身显像中的发生率很高,可以出现在身体的各个部位,了解^(131)I全身显像异常摄取的部位及原因,在出现异常摄取时,应结合临床病史及实验室指标综合判断,避免错误解读,可以有效指导患者以后的诊疗。同时,也可能意外发现一些未知情况而进行积极处理。Objective To investigate the incidence of abnormal ^(131)I uptake in whole body scan and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 2426 patients with ^(131)I whole-body imaging in Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from January 1,2018 to June 30,2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of abnormal ^(131)I uptake and types of false positive images in various locations of the body were summarized.Results A total of 405 cases were found to have abnormal uptake,including 258 cases of physiological uptake,95 cases of radioactive retention,4 cases of non-neoplastic pathological uptake,and 48 cases of radioactive contamination.There were 72 cases in the head,143 cases in the chest,143 cases in the abdomen and pelvis,and 32 cases in the limbs.Conclusion Abnormal uptake of ^(131)I has a high incidence in whole body imaging and can occur in multiple locations of the body.A comprehensive understanding of the location and causes of abnormal uptake of ^(131)I should be combined with clinical history and laboratory indicators to avoid wrong interpretation,which can effectively guide the future diagnosis and treatment of patients.In addition,unknown conditions could be accidentally found and which can be actively handled.
