潮商伦理融入《商业伦理学》教学的实践与思考

摘　　要：坚定文化自信,将传统优秀文化融合到商业伦理教学中,应该成为“商业伦理学”教学改革的内容之一。目前高校在开设《商业伦理学》时对于融合优秀传统文化方面并没有予以足够的重视,汕头大学商学院从扎根本土出发,结合本土优秀的潮商文化,将潮商伦理融合到《商业伦理学》教学中,并从教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面进行了教学改革,取得良好成效,学生对课程学习兴趣、对商业伦理理论知识的理解和掌握都有了较明显的提升,为课程建设探索积累了一定经验。Strengthening cultural confidence and integrating traditional excellent culture should become the content of business ethics teaching reform.At present,universities do not pay enough attention to the integration of excellent traditional culture in teaching Business Ethics.The Business School of Shantou University has integrated Chaoshan business ethics into the teaching of Business Ethics through absorbing excellent Chaoshan business culture.It has also carried out reforms in teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods with good effect.Students’interest in the course,as well as their understanding and mastery of business ethics theory,has significantly improved.This exploration has accumulated some experience for the course construction.
