摘  要:高校立身之本在于立德树人,但我国高校教师群体仍存在一些师德失范行为。我国高等教育目前面临着涂尔干提出的社会转型期的不利环境,职业群体对师德失范行为具有一定的约束力。从失范分工、强制分工和不协调的分工三种社会分工的反常形式来看,我国高校教师群体尚未形成统一的职业伦理,且存在群体边界模糊与角色失调的问题,对师德师风建设的重视程度不足。对此,高校教师应重建个人道德,加强道德自律;充分利用国家法律法规、高校规章制度和社会舆论监督的他律作用,尽快形成统一的职业伦理规范。The foundation of colleges and universities lies in cultivating morality,but there are some moral misbehaviors among teachers in colleges and universities in China.At present,China’s higher education is facing what Emile Durkheim defined as an unfavorable environment in the period of social transition,and occupational groups have a certain binding force on teachers'misbehaviors.In view of the three abnormal social divisions of labor,namely,anomie division of labor,forced division of labor and uncoordinated division of labor,college teachers in China have not formed a unified professional ethics,and there are problems of blurred group boundaries and role imbalance,and the construction of teacher ethics has been neglected.In this regard,college teachers should rebuild their personal morality,strengthen moral self-discipline,form a unified professional ethics as soon as possible,and promote the regulating function of national laws and regulations,university rules and regulations,and public supervision.
