摘  要:车轮定位在底盘悬架系统开发和生产尤为重要。双横臂悬架系统相比于常见的麦弗逊悬架系统增加了零部件和铰接点,所以定位参数较难控制。针对此问题,首先进行了悬架系统硬点的K&C(运动学和弹性运动学)分析,并保证车轮定位参数的动态变化率在合理范围;然后进行双横臂关键硬点的灵敏度分析,制定工程化操纵方便的定位参数调整方案和调整量;最后对车轮定位参数的尺寸链的公差分析研究,并严格管控零部件公差和整车装配公差。从而确保悬架系统在量产时达到车轮定位参数一致性要求,避免轮胎异常磨损和跑偏问题的出现。Wheel alignment is particularly important in the development and production of chassis suspension systems.The double wishbone suspension system adds components and articulation points compared to the common MacPherson suspension system,so wheel alignment of double wishbone is more difficult to control.Regarding this issue,firstly hardpoints was analyzed with suspension system K&C(kinematics and compliance),and to be ensured that the dynamic change rate of wheel alignment parameters in a reasonable range,and then the key hardpoints of the double wishbone was analyzed with the sensitivity,adjustment scheme and adjustment values were developed with the engineering operation convenient position.Finally,tolerance of dimensional chain of wheel alignment parameters was analyzed and researched,and component tolerances and vehicle assembly tolerances were strictly controlled,so as to ensure that the suspension system meets the consistency requirements of wheel alignment parameters in mass production,and avoids the occurrence of abnormal tire wear out and steering deviation problems.
