摘 要:以某四缸压燃发动机为研究对象,建立内燃机的缸内燃烧模型并通过实验值对模型进行标定和验证;分别改变内燃机进气温度、喷油时刻等工况参数,研究甲醇缸内燃烧情况。计算分析结果表明:进气温度增加,着火提前,燃烧滞燃期缩短,燃烧区域和高温区域面积增大,混合气在压缩上止点时刻的温度升高,缸内最高压力值减小,焰前基元反应速度升高;喷油时刻提前,燃烧提前,缸内最高压力、缸内温度峰值升高。仿真计算结果为压燃式甲醇发动机的燃油系统设计和燃烧控制提供了依据。A four-cylinder compression combustion engine was taken as the research object,and the in-cylinder combustion model of internal combustion engine was established,and calibrated and verified by experimental values.The combustion in the methanol cylinder was studied by changing the operating parameters such as the intake temperature and injection timing of the internal combustion engine.The calculation and analysis results showed that with the increase of intake air temperature,the ignition was advanced,the ignition delay was shortened,the burning area and high temperature area were increased,the temperature of mixture at the top dead center of compression increased,peak pressure value in cylinder decreased,flame front element reaction speed increased;with fuel injection timing advancing,peak pressure and cylinder peak temperature rose.The calculation and analysis results provide a basis for the fuel system design and combustion control of compression ignition methanol engine.
