摘  要:基于创新生态系统理论“主体-资源-环境”逻辑框架,以我国31个省份的高校为案例样本,运用fsQCA方法,分析高校创新生态系统要素与高校科研创新绩效的复杂因果关系。研究发现:一是单个高校创新生态系统要素并不构成高校科研创新绩效的必要条件,需要与其他要素组合才能影响高校科研创新绩效;二是存在3条产生高校高科研创新绩效的组态路径,即基于内部创新环境支持的高校自主创新型、基于研发经费投入的产学研合作推动型、基于内部创新环境和创新资源的创新主体协同型;三是在其他要素一致的情况下,高校创新主体与产学研合作、高校创新主体与外部创新环境、产学研合作与外部创新环境之间存在替代关系,能够等效促进高校科研创新绩效的提升。Based on the logical framework of “subject resource environment” in the innovation ecosystem theory,taking universities in 31 provinces and cities in China as cases,the fsQCA method is used to analyze the complex causal relationship between the elements of university innovation ecosystem and university research and innovation performance.Research has found that:(1) the elements of a single university innovation ecosystem do not constitute a necessary condition for university research and innovation performance,and need to be combined with other elements to affect university research and innovation performance;(2) There are three configuration paths that generate high scientific research and innovation performance in universities:independent innovation based on internal innovation environment support,industry university research cooperation promotion based on R&D funding investment,and innovation subject collaboration based on internal innovation environment and innovation resources;(3) When other factors are consistent,there is an alternative relationship between university innovation entities and industry university research cooperation,university innovation entities and external innovation environment,and industry university research cooperation and external innovation environment,which can effectively promote the improvement of university research and innovation performance.
