基于闽南文化元素的中餐主题宴会台面设计研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展以及民众消费理念的不断转变,消费者的消费需求愈发的个性化和多元化,酒店中餐宴会服务也不例外,在立足于顾客消费需求的前提下,通过创设出个性和特色的中餐主题宴会台面,对于提升新时代下酒店的行业竞争力来说具有重要的价值意义。拟以中餐主题宴会创意台面为研究对象,对闽南文化元素影响和熏陶下的中餐主题宴会台面构成进行研究,以期使闽南文化元素与中餐主题宴会台面设计间达成更好地融合。As the social economy continues to develop and consumer preferences evolve,there is a growing demand for personalized and diverse experiences,extending to Chinese banquet services.To remain competitive in the modern hospitality industry,it is crucial to cater to these evolving consumer demands by offering unique and characteristic Chinese theme banquets.This article focuses on the creative design of Chinese theme banquet tables,specifically incorporating cultural elements from southern Fujian.By leveraging the rich cultural heritage of this region,this research aims to enhance the authenticity and appeal of Chinese theme banquets while fostering a deeper integration between cultural elements and banquet table design.
