数字出版应用软件系统国产化改造方案探究——以同方知网数字出版技术股份有限公司为例

摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,企业的信息化管理程度不断提升。然而,当前信息安全形势不容乐观。数字出版企业一方面需要按照“同步规划、同步建设、同步使用”的原则加强信息安全建设,同时也需要积极响应国家号召,大力推进信息基础设施国产化工作,解决“卡脖子”问题,充分保证信息安全。文章基于同方知网数字出版技术股份有限公司的国产化改造工作实践,从加强管理创新和技术创新层面出发,提出了若干促进数字出版企业国产化改造工作成效提高,推动我国数字出版和知识服务领域高质量发展的具体策略选择建议。The rapid advancement of information technology has led to increased level of information management.However,the current information security status is far from optimistic.On the one hand,digital publishers need to enhance information security in accordance with the principle of“synchronous planning,construction,and use”.At the same time,they are also required to actively respond to the call of the state to vigorously promote the localization of information infrastructure,so as to address the“bottleneck”issue.Hence,based on the localization of Tongfang CNKI Digital Publishing Technology Co.,Ltd,the thesis proposes several strategic recommendations in terms of strengthening management innovation and technological innovation,so as to enhance the localization of digital publishers and the high-quality development of knowledge services in China.
