摘  要:柱塞副是径向柱塞泵的关键摩擦副之一,其润滑特性对泵的使用寿命产生很大影响,因此开展径向柱塞泵柱塞副的润滑特性研究。首先对柱塞副进行受力分析,分析动压支承下的柱塞副油膜受力,然后建立柱塞副油膜厚度方程以及柱塞副油膜雷诺方程;其次建立柱塞副稳态油膜模型,借助流体仿真软件对柱塞副油膜压力进行分析,结果表明,柱塞腔压力对柱塞副油膜压力的影响很大,为超高压下径向柱塞泵的研究奠定基础。The plunger pair is one of the key friction pairs of the radial plunger pump,and its lubrication characteristics have a significant impact on the service life of the pump.Therefore,research on the lubrication characteristics of the plunger pair is carried out.Firstly,force analysis on the plunger pair under dynamic pressure support is performed,and then the thickness equation and the Reynolds equation of the oil film of the plunger pair are established.A steady-state oil film model is established,and the oil film pressure is analyzed by using fluid simulation software.The results show that the pressure of the plunger cavity has a significant impact on the oil film pressure of the plunger pair.This study has laid a foundation for the research on radial plunger pumps under ultra-high pressure.
