摘 要:教师专业伦理是教师在从事学习专业、学科专业及教授专业过程中所结成的基本关系与应该遵守的基本精神、规范及在此基础上形成的素养。教师专业伦理知识体系的形成应基于教师的全专业属性与伦理学理论,从纵横两向搭建教师专业伦理知识体系建构的分析框架。教师专业伦理的知识体系具有强整体性,由教师学习专业伦理、教师学科专业伦理、教师教授专业伦理三个核心知识单元构成,每个知识单元又包括伦理精神、伦理规范、伦理关系及伦理素养四个基本维度。全面构建以“全专业属性”为导向的教师专业伦理知识体系,能在提高我国师德建设实效性的同时,加快教师专业化建设,助力教育高质量发展,把我国建设成教育强国。Teachers' professional ethics is the basic relationship formed by teachers in the process of learning,discipline and teaching,and the basic spirit,norms and qualities formed on this basis.Based on the teachers' holistic professionalism and the theory of ethics,the analysis framework of the construction of teachers' professional ethics knowledge system is built from both vertical and horizontal directions to form the teachers' professional ethics knowledge system.The knowledge system of teachers' professional ethics has a strong integrity,which consists of three core knowledge units:teachers' learning professional ethics,teachers' disciplinary professional ethics and teachers' teaching professional ethics.Each knowledge unit includes four basic dimensions:ethical spirit,ethical norms,ethical relations and ethical literacy.The comprehensive construction of teachers' professional ethics knowledge system oriented by“holistic professionalism”can speed up the professional construction of teachers while improving the effectiveness of teachers' ethics construction in China,so as to help the high-quality development of education and build China into a powerful country in education.
