摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸联合贴面修复在上前牙宽大间隙病例中的应用。方法:选取笔者医院口腔科2018年1月-2022年1月行修复上前牙宽大间隙的43例患者为研究对象,根据接受的治疗修复方案不同将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统贴面修复,观察组采用正畸联合贴面修复,比较评估两组在修复后即刻及修复后12个月的临床效果。结果:修复后即刻临床效果对比,观察组牙冠形态评分高于对照组(P<0.05);修复后12个月临床效果对比,观察组牙龈质地、红白美学指数评分、牙冠形态及满意度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);与修复后即刻临床效果比较,观察组牙龈质地修复后12个月评分高于修复后即刻,修复后12个月两组修复体颜色评分均高于术后即刻(均P<0.05)。结论:对于上前牙宽大间隙病例的临床修复,正畸联合贴面修复临床效果好,是一种有效可行的方法。Objective This study is aimed to investigate the clinical effect of Orthodontic Technique Combined with Porcelain Veneer in closing wide tooth gap.Methods A total of 43 patients undergoing porcelain veneer restoration of wide anterior tooth gaps in Prosthodontics Department of the hospital from Jan 2018 to Jan 2022 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to their restore scheme.The control group was treated with porcelain veneer,and the observation group was treated with orthodontic technique combined with porcelain veneer.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups in immediate postoperative and 12 months after it.Results The crown morphology of observation group was significantly better than control group in immediate postoperative.The gingiva surface texture,PES score,crown morphology,WES score and satisfaction rate was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The gingiva surface texture of observation group and veneer color of both groups in 12 months following operation was significantly better than immediate postoperative(all P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic technique combined with porcelain veneer representing good clinical effect in wide anterior tooth gaps restoration cases.
