摘　　要：专精特新企业是未来细分市场的领导者,对突破关键技术瓶颈和维持产业链稳定有重要作用。但在高不确定的市场环境中,尤其是在疫情肆虐和逆全球化背景下,专精特新企业如何平稳度过危机并实现可持续发展已经成为当前管理者所关注的焦点。基于资源基础观和动态能力视角,本文构建一个链式中介模型来探索创业导向对专精特新企业绩效的影响机制,并进一步利用372个专精特新企业数据进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)创业导向对专精特新企业绩效具有显著正向影响;(2)创业拼凑和组织韧性在创业导向与专精特新企业绩效的关系中具有同步和链式中介作用。研究结论对专精特新企业创业成功具有理论价值,同时对国内国际双循环背景下专精特新企业的生存和发展亦有重要的实践意义。As the leader of the market segment in the future,SRDI enterprises(Small and medium-sized enterprises with the characteristics of specialization,refinement,differentiation and innovation)play an important role in breaking through the key technological bottlenecks and maintaining the stability of the global industrial chain.However,in the highly uncertain market environment,especially in the context of epidemic and anti-globalization,how to smoothly survive the crisis and achieve sustainable development for SRDI enterprises,which has become the focus of current managers.Based on the resource-based view and the perspective of dynamic capabilities,this paper constructs a chain intermediary model to explore the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SRDI enterprises,and further uses the data of 372 SRDI enterprises for empirical analysis.The research finds that:(1)entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on the performance of SRDI enterprises;(2)entrepreneurial bricolage and organizational resilience play a synchronous and chain intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance of SRDI enterprises.This study has the following three theoretical contributions.First of all,this paper explores the internal relationship between entrepreneurial orientation,entrepreneurial bricolage and enterprise performance of SRDI enterprises under the condition of limited resources,reveals the ways of entrepreneurial orientation to improve the performance of SRDI enterprises from the perspective of resources,and expands the application scope of resource-based view.Secondly,this paper explores the role of entrepreneurial orientation of SRDI enterprises in improving enterprise performance by influencing organizational resilience.It provides a new research idea for the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,and further highlights the important value of organizational resilience in the developmen
