摘　　要：波长作为激光器的重要参数,在军事应用和医疗应用中需要对波长进行测量,传统的波长测量装置不仅造价昂贵,操作也很繁琐。提出了一种基于双弹光调制技术的波长测量方法,实现对波长的快速测量,每200ms可实现一个数据点的测量。待测激光通过弹光调制器和已标定光程差的λ/4标准波片,将激光波长信息通过弹光调制的方法加载到光载波信号当中,对光信号进行解析可以得到激光通过标准波片时的相位延迟量,进一步可以求解得到对应激光器的波长信息。实验结果表明测试所得632.8nm激光器波长的相对误差为0.1%,标准差为0.11nm,准确度为99.9%,且对532nm和650nm波长的激光器测量也较为准确,说明该方法的普适性。Wavelength as an important parameter of lasers,in military applications and medical applications need to measure wavelength,traditional wavelength measurement devices are not only expensive,but also cumbersome to operate.A wavelength measurement method based on dual-elastic optical modulation technology is proposed to realize rapid measurement of wavelength,and one data point can be measured every 200ms.The laser under test is loaded into the optical carrier signal by the bullet light modulator and theλ/4standard waveplate with calibrated optical path difference,and the phase delay of the laser passing through the standard waveplate can be obtained by analyzing the optical signal,and the wavelength information of the corresponding laser can be further solved.The experimental results show that the relative error of the wavelength of the 632.8nm laser is 0.1%,the standard deviation is 0.11nm,the accuracy is 99.9%,and the measurement of 532nm and 650nm wavelength lasers is also more accurate,indicating the universality of the method.
