摘 要:针对压力机运转时因存在间隙导致的冲击碰撞和运动副磨损等问题,以肘节式压力机为研究对象,基于Recurdyn虚拟仿真技术,借助L-N非线性弹簧阻尼模型与修正的库仑摩擦力,建立了间隙理论模型并对含间隙的肘节式压力机进行仿真分析。探究了间隙大小、曲轴转速、恢复系数和双间隙对机构的动力学响应,并通过改变杆件质心位置来减缓冲击振动。结果表明:曲轴转速和间隙越大,机构的振荡幅值越大,恢复系数的逐渐增大也会导致运动副间隙产生较大冲击,在双间隙情况下,越靠近动力源头处所受到的冲击振动越大,调整连杆质心位置可减缓压力机自身结构带来的非平衡力的影响。For the problems of impact collision and kinematic pair wear caused by the existence of clearance when the press was running,for the toggle press,based on the Recurdyn virtual simulation technology,by the L-N nonlinear spring damping model and the modified coulomb friction force,a clearance theoretical model was established,and the toggle press with clearance was simulated and analyzed.Then,the dynamic response of clearance size,crankshaft speed,restitution factor and double clearance to the mechanism was regearched,and according to the position change of mass center for rod to slow down the impact vibration.The results show that the larger the crank-shaft speed and clearance,the larger the oscillation amplitude of the mechanism.The gradual increase of recovery factor also leads to a grea-ter impact on the clearance of moving pair.In the case of double clearance,the closer to the power source,the greater the impact vibration.Adjusting the position of mass center for connecting rod can reduce the influence of unbalanced force caused by the structure of press itself.
