摘　　要：原位模拟正逐步成为检验医疗系统漏洞和培训团队合作的重要方式。但在国内儿童急重症领域尚未起步。通过对原位模拟的定义、历史发展、与培训中心模拟的比较、在国外儿童急重症领域的应用、应用挑战以及未来展望的初步介绍,以激发对原位模拟的认知和重视,促进在国内儿童急重症领域的推广。In situ simulation is gradually becoming an important way to test loopholes in medical systems and train team work.But it has not yet started in the field of pediatric intensive care in China.Through the definition,historical development,comparison with training center simulation,application in the field of pediatric intensive care abroad,application challenges,and future prospects of in situ simulation,a preliminary introduction is provided to provoke awareness and attention to in situ simulation,and promote its promotion in the field of pediatric intensive care in China.
