施锌对碱性土壤-小麦幼苗体系累积镉的影响

摘  要:锌(Zn)肥应用在降低小麦镉(Cd)富集方面具有一定潜力,但其作用机制不甚明确.以北方碱性土壤为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,在土壤-小麦幼苗体系中,探究施加不同含量锌肥后,Zn-Cd交互关系的变化,及其对小麦幼苗累积Cd的影响.结果表明,施Zn不能显著降低各处理组小麦幼苗地上部Cd含量,但在高Zn用量下,地下部Cd含量较对照显著下降41.5%,中用量组中施Zn量为150 mg·kg^(-1),可同时显著降低地上部(55.2%)及地下部Cd含量(53.5%).当土壤锌镉比(Zn/Cd)为28.9,施Zn后土壤Zn/Cd发生改变(变化范围在50.2~222.5),Zn-Cd交互作用对小麦富集转运Cd效应随之发生变化,当土壤Zn/Cd<150时,Zn-Cd表现为拮抗作用,此时地上部ω(Cd)平均值为0.949 mg·kg^(-1),且随Zn/Cd增加拮抗作用逐渐增强;当土壤Zn/Cd>150,此时地上部ω(Cd)平均值为0.839 mg·kg^(-1),Zn-Cd表现为协同作用,若继续增加施Zn量会促进地上部累积更多Cd.根据Zn-Cd交互特性,科学合理利用Zn肥可有效降低小麦Cd污染风险.Zinc(Zn)fertilizer has the potential to reduce cadmium(Cd)accumulation in wheat,but its mechanism of action is not clear.In this study,using alkaline soil in northern China as the research object,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in the Zn-Cd interaction and its effect on Cd accumulation in wheat seedlings after applying different concentrations of Zn fertilizer in the soil-wheat seedling system.The results showed that Zn application did not significantly reduce the aboveground Cd content of wheat seedlings in each treatment group;however,under a high Zn dosage,the underground Cd content decreased significantly by 41.5%compared with that in the control group.In the group with a medium dosage of 150 mg·kg^(−1),Zn application could significantly reduce both the aboveground(55.2%)and underground Cd content(53.5%).When the soil Zn/Cd ratio reached 28.9,the soil Zn/Cd ratio altered after Zn application(ranging from 50.2 to 222.5),and the Zn-Cd interaction effect on the Cd enrichment and transportation in wheat altered correspondingly.When the soil Zn/Cd ratio was less than 150,the Zn-Cd interaction showed an antagonistic effect,and the average aboveground Cd content was 0.949 mg·kg^(−1),which gradually increased with the increase in Zn/Cd ratio.When the soil Zn/Cd ratio was greater than 150,the Zn-Cd interaction showed a synergistic effect,and the average aboveground Cd content was 0.839 mg·kg^(−1).If the Zn application continued to increase,it would promote the accumulation of more Cd in the aboveground part.Based on the Zn-Cd interaction characteristics,the scientific and reasonable use of Zn fertilizer can effectively reduce the risk of Cd contamination in wheat.
