摘 要:现代“生理一心理一社会一环境”医学模式强调人文素养在医学研究生培养中的重要性,当前并轨培养模式下我国临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(专硕)培养存在人文课程设置欠合理、规培医院对人文素养的培养不够重视等问题。文章以青岛大学附属医院临床医学硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,设计医学人文素养调查问卷探讨并轨培养模式下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生人文素养现状,构建医学院-医院-学科-专硕四位一体的人文素养培养模式,以提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的综合素养,从而更好地适应医学教育发展的趋势和要求。The modern medical model of"physiology-psychology-society-environment"emphasizes the importance of humanistic literacy in the training of medical postgraduates.Under the current combined cultivation mode,the training of graduate students with clinical medical master's degree in China has unreasonable humanities curriculum settings,the training of humanistic literacy is not paid enough attention in the training hospital.This paper takes clinical medical master's degree graduate students in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University as the research object,designs a questionnaire on medical humanities literacy to explore the current situation of humanistic literacy clinical medical master's degree graduate students under the combined cultivation mode,and constructs a four-in-one medical“school-hospital-discipline-professional master”,to improve the comprehensive quality of clinical medical master's degree graduate students,so as to better adapt to the trend and requirements of medical education development.
