复盘教学法在内科住培医生思政教育中的应用

摘　　要：住院医生规范化培训是提高我国卫生服务水平的重要手段,具有跨时代的重要意义。思政教学是在住院医师培养过程中的重要方面,它决定了新时期能否培养出德才兼备的医学人才,但是思想政治的教学在实际开展过程中很多困难,指导教师常常面临无法真正调动学生积极性,也很难将复杂的思政内容完全准确的传授给学生。复盘教学法应用于住培教学中,主要是指定期安排助教扮演“标准化患者”,并模拟临床场景进行教学活动,请住培医生进行接诊医治,并在完成诊疗模拟后,由指导教师和住培医生共同进行复盘,教师指出学员不足之处并尝试协助学员寻找未能作出合理诊疗的原因,进而达到教学目的。复盘教学法可以引导学生自主思考,建立临床思维,除了高效讲解临床知识外对于思政教学这种主观性较强的教学内容也具有优势。本教学组充分运用复盘教学法,将思政元素融入住培教学,获得了较好的教学成果以及宝贵教学经验,在此归纳总结,与学界同仁探讨。The standardized training of resident doctors is an important means to improve the level of health service in our country,and has trans-era significance.Ideological and political teaching is an important aspect in the training process of resident doctors,which determines whether medical talents with both morality and ability can be cultivated in the new era.However,there are many difficulties in the actual development of ideological and political teaching,and teachers often face difficulties in truly mobilizing students'enthusiasm,and it is difficult to impart complex ideological and political content to students completely and accurately.The application of the teaching method in residential training mainly refers to regularly arranging teaching assistants to play the role of"standardized patients",and conducting teaching activities in simulated clinical scenarios,inviting residential training doctors to receive treatment,and after completing the diagnosis and treatment simulation,the instructor and the residential training doctors will conduct a review together,and the teacher will point out the shortcomings of the students and try to help the students find the reasons for failing to make reasonable diagnosis and treatment.To achieve the purpose of teaching.The teaching method can guide students to think independently,establish clinical thinking,and explain clinical knowledge efficiently.In addition to the efficient explanation of clinical knowledge,for the subjective teaching content of ideological and political teaching,the double-disk teaching method also has certain advantages.This teaching group makes full use of multiple teaching,integrates ideological and political elements into the teaching of residential training,and obtains better teaching results and valuable teaching experience.This paper summarizes and discusses with colleagues in the academic field.
