摘 要:本研究基于高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法建立了33个不同产地及采收期差不嘎蒿(Artemisia halodendron)指纹图谱,共匹配出12个共有峰,并指认出圣草酚−7−甲醚和异樱花素2种指标性成分,同时测定这2种指标性成分含量,为差不嘎蒿质量控制及评价提供参考。结果表明,差不嘎蒿HPLC指纹图谱相似度为0.839~0.994;主成分分析(PCA)结果得到了3个主成分;通过正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS−DA)筛选出6个影响差不嘎蒿分组的成分,可作为潜在的标记物来区分差不嘎蒿的质量。2种指标性成分含量测定结果显示,S12和S15两个批次圣草酚−7−甲醚的含量最高,而S14和S15两个批次异樱花素的含量最高,因而建议参考S15批次差不嘎蒿的产地和采收期(6月份采收于科左后旗甘旗卡镇)作为差不嘎蒿药用来源。In this study,the fingerprints were established from 33 different origins and harvesting periods of Artemisia halodendron using high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method.A total of 12 common peaks were matched,two indicator components Eriodictyol−7−methyl ether and Isosakuranerin were identified,and the content of these two indicator components were measured,which would provide reference for quality control and evaluation of Artemisia halodendron.The results showed that the similarity of the graph of HPLC fingerprint of Artemisia halodendron was 0.839−0.994;The results of principal component analysis indicated that there were three principal components;Through orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS−DA),six components that affected the grouping of Artemisia halodendron were selected,which could be regarded as potential markers to distinguish the quality of Artemisia halodendron.The results of determination of two indicator components content showed that the content of Eriodictyol−7−methyl ether was the highest in two batches of S12 and S15,while the content of Isosakuranerin was the highest in two batches of S14 and S15.Therefore,it was recommended to refer the origin and harvesting period of the S15 batch(harvesting from Ganqika Town of Horqin Zuoyi Rear Banner in June)as the medicinal source of Artemisia halodendron.
