摘 要:采用等效电流法对同轴圆环永磁体之间的磁力进行建模分析,得到含有广义完全椭圆积分的解析表达式,并使用数值方法对解析方程进行求解,得到模型在任意尺寸下磁力计算结果。通过有限元软件对磁力进行仿真计算,使用模型结果对仿真结果进行预测,得到R2值均大于0.995。最后将模型应用于一种抗磁悬浮能量采集器分析中,对悬浮磁体悬浮间隙进行研究,并将求解结果与实验结果进行对比,15组参数实验的模型计算误差均小于5%,验证了同轴磁体间相互作用力的有效便捷计算方法。通过Matlab求解磁体间磁力的方法,可用于基于磁力作用机理的驱动器和传感器分析与设计。The equivalent current method is used to model and analyze the magnetic force between coaxial toroidal permanent magnets,and an analytical expression containing generalized complete elliptic integral is obtained.The analytical equations are solved by numerical methods to obtain the magnetic force of the model at any size.The magnetic force is simulated and calculated by the finite element software,the simulation results are predicted by the model results.And the R2 values are all greater than 0.995.Finally,the model is applied to the analysis of a diamagnetic levitation energy harvester,the levitation gap of the levita-tion magnet was studied,and the solution results were compared with the experimental results.The calculation errors of the mod-els for 15 groups of experiments were all less than 5%,which verified the effective and convenient calculation method of interac-tion force between coaxial magnets.The method of solving the magnetic force between magnets through Matlab can be used in the analysis and design of drives and sensors based on the mechanism of magnetic force.
