福建省中职教育经费投入空间非均衡及与经济发展的协调关系

摘　　要：中等职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要环节,是经济高质量发展的重要基础。从县域尺度,运用Dagum基尼系数和Kernel密度估计等方法,分析福建省中等职业教育经费投入的空间非均衡性特征及与经济发展的协调关系。结果表明:福建省中等职业教育经费投入总体差距较大,呈现先扩大后缩小趋势,且9个地市的地区内差距波动较大。地区间差距及超变密度是中等职业教育经费投入空间差距的主要来源。核密度曲线由尖峰、多峰形态向宽峰、单峰形态演变,具有明显的右拖尾现象。中职教育经费投入与经济发展的协调性较差,以经济发展水平较强超前型和较强滞后型为主,且存在显著的区域差距。Secondary vocational education is an important link in the national education system and human resource development,as well as the important foundation for high-quality economic development.This study analyzed the spatial imbalance characteristics of secondary vocational education funding investment in Fujian Province and its coordinated relationship with economic development at county level,through using methods such as Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation.The results show that the overall gap in funding for secondary vocational education in Fujian Province is relatively large,suggesting a trend of first expanding and then narrowing,also the regional disparities in the nine cities fluctuate greatly.The regional gap and super variable density are the main sources of the spatial gap in the investment of secondary vocational education funds.The nuclear density curve evolves from a sharp and multi peak shape to a wide and single peak shape,with a clear right tailed phenomenon.The coordination between the investment in vocational education funds and economic development is poor,with strong leading and lagging economic development levels being the main ones,while there is a significant regional gap.
