摘 要:利用对氯苯氧乙酸钠与柑橘杀菌剂抑霉唑、百可得进行复配后处理沃柑果实,测定不同处理条件下果实贮藏期60 d内的失重率、腐烂率、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量。结果表明:40%百可得0.5 g/L、22.2%抑霉唑1 mL/L、对氯苯氧乙酸钠1 g/L处理不仅可以提高杀菌保鲜剂的效率实现杀菌剂的减量使用,而且对氯苯氧乙酸钠的加入在保持沃柑果实内部品质上具有显著作用,能够减缓可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的下降,减少果实的腐烂率,为沃柑产业的可持续发展提供有力支持。This paper was conducted to test the compound of sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate and citrus fungicides[imidazole and Bellkute(albesilate)]to treat the orah mandarin fruits.The weight loss rate,decay rate,soluble solids content,and titratable acid content in the fruits were measured during a 60-day storage period under different treatment conditions.The results showed that:the treatment of 40%Bellkute 0.5 g/L,22.2%imidazole 1 mL/L and sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate 1 g/L could improve the efficiency of the preservative to reduce the fungicide usage,and adding sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate could significantly help keep the internal quality of the fruits,slow down the decline in soluble solids content and titratable acidity,reduce the fruit decay rate,thereby strongly supporting for the sustainable development of the orah mandarin industry.
