摘　　要：随着柳州螺蛳粉从广西地方小吃发展为享誉全国的特色大产业,作为螺蛳粉产业上游的食用菌产业迎来了新的发展契机。文章分析了柳州市食用菌产业现状、经验做法和存在问题,立足柳州市自身资源优势条件,针对性提出推动柳州市食用菌产业高质量发展的对策建议,旨在探讨乡村振兴战略背景下柳州市食用菌产业发展方向,以期为柳州市螺蛳粉全产业链贯彻新发展理念提供参考。With the development of Liuzhou Luosifen rice noodles from a local snack in Guangxi to national characteristic industry,edible fungi,as the upstream industry of Liuzhou Luosifen rice noodles industry,ushered in a new development opportunity.This paper analyzed the status quo,experience,practice and existing problems of Liuzhou's edible fungi industry,and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Liuzhou's edible fungi industry based on the advantages of Liuzhou's resource advantages,aiming to explore the development direction of Liuzhou's edible fungi industry under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,in order to provide references for the implementation of new development concepts for the whole industrial chain of Liuzhou Luosifen rice noodles.
