摘 要:当前“双循环”新发展格局下,酒店业迎来发展新机遇。本研究选取夫子庙(历史人文街区)和新街口(城市商业中心)2个环境差异明显的地区作为案例地,以携程旅行网上12家酒店文本作为数据来源,建构CNN-BiLSTM-ATT相结合的深度学习模型,探究游客酒店双因素体验特征,并对其差异机制进行分析。结果表明:(1) CNN-BiLSTM-ATT相结合的深度学习方法为酒店体验研究提供了一个系统的理论框架,可以深入挖掘游客酒店体验特征及其差异机制;(2)不同环境差异下的游客酒店双因素体验具有较大差异。游客夫子庙酒店激励体验涉及区位地标、餐饮体验等要素;游客新街口酒店激励体验涉及娱乐体验、酒店氛围等要素。游客夫子庙酒店保健体验涉及停车设施、客房面积等要素;游客新街口酒店保健体验涉及电梯设施、停车设施等要素;(3)游客酒店双因素体验机制存在差异。游客酒店激励体验多与区位地标、娱乐体验等外部要素有关,保健体验多与客房面积、客房隔音等内部要素有关。本研究拓展了深度学习在游客体验研究中的应用,为酒店韧性建设与高质量发展提供参考。Under the current new development pattern of "dual circulation",the hotel industry meets new opportunities for growth.In this study,we select two areas with distinct environmental differences as study locations,i.e.,the Confucius Temple(historical and cultural district) and Xinjiekou(urban commercial center).Using the texts of 12 hotels on Ctrip as the data source,we construct a deep learning model using CNN-BiLSTMATT to explore the two-factor tourist hotel experience and analyze the mechanism of the differences.The results show that:(1) The deep learning method using CNN-BiLSTM-ATT provides a systematic theoretical framework for studying hotel experience for better understanding of the characteristics of tourist hotel experience and the mechanism of the differences;(2) The two-factor tourist hotel experience vary significantly under different environmental conditions.Tourists' motivating experience in the hotels of Confucius Temple involves factors such as location landmarks and dining experiences,while in Xinjiekou,it relates to factors such as entertainment experience and hotel atmosphere.The hygiene experience of tourists in the hotels of Confucius Temple involves factors such as parking facilities and room size;while in Xinjiekou,it relates to factors such as elevator facilities and parking facilities;(3) There are differences in the mechanisms of tourists' two-factor experience.Tourists' motivating experience of hotels is mainly related to external factors such as location landmark and entertainment experience,while the hygiene experience is mainly related to internal factors such as room size and room sound insulation.This study expands the application of deep learning approach in the study of tourist experience in hotels,providing references for the hotel resilience construction and high-quality development.
