摘 要:直升机的主要振源来自旋翼系统、传动系统和发动机动力系统,在直升机地面开车和飞行过程中,旋翼处于高速旋转状态,因此,旋翼系统是直升机产生振动最主要的影响因素之一。主要研究直升机旋翼系统装机后,旋翼锥体动平衡检查对直升机整机振动的影响及动平衡调整方法,达到降低旋翼振动水平和减少直升机整机振动的目的,进而提高直升机的飞行性能和品质。通过长期的外场有关直升机动平衡调整的实践和相关的振动数据分析,证明锥体动平衡方法的有效性和可靠性。The main source of the helicopter vibration is derived from the rotor system,drive chain system and engine power system.The rotor is in high-speed rotation during helicopter ground driving and flight,therefore,the rotor system is one of the most important factors affecting the vibration of helicopter production.This paper mainly research on the effects of rotor track and dynamic balance check on the helicopter vibration and the dynamic balance adjustment method after the helicopter rotor system is installed,which can reduce the rotor vibration level and reduce the helicopter vibration,further more,improve the helicopter performance and its quality.By analysis the long-term field helicopter dynamic balance adjustment practice and relevant vibration data,the effectiveness and reliability of the rotor track and dynamic balance method are to be proved.
