摘 要:为提高质量、缩短工期、方便运维、降低成本,研究了预制舱式升压站在海上风电汇集送出中的应用。首先,对比了传统建造模式与预制舱式海上升压站建造模式的不同。其次,介绍了预制舱式升压站的实施特点。最后,以某220 kV、600 MW海上升压站设计为例,对比分析了传统海上升压站和预制舱式海上升压站的技术经济指标。结果表明,采用预制舱式建造模式,多舱室平行施工,可缩短升压站建造周期6~8周;采用模块化紧凑型布置,升压站整体重量减少15%~20%。预制舱式海上升压站具有良好的社会经济效益及应用前景。In order to improve quality,shorten construction period,facilitate operation and maintenance,and reduce cost,application of prefabricated cabin booster station in collection and transmission of offshore wind power is studied.First the differences between the conventional construction mode and prefabricated construction mode are compared.Second the implementation characteristics of prefabricated cabin booster station are described.Finally,taking the design of a 220 kV and 600 MW offshore booster station as an example,technical and economic indexes of the two modes are comparatively analyzed.The results show that construction period of booster station can be shortened by 6 to 8 weeks by using the prefabricated cabin construction mode and parallel construction of multiple cabins,and the overall weight of the booster station can be reduced by 15% to 20% by using modularized compact layout.The prefabricated cabin type offshore booster station has good social and economic benefits and application prospects.
