摘 要:快速和准确地评估建筑区域地震脆弱性,对把握区域尺度的地震风险和城市及周边地区的防震减灾工作具有重要意义。该文利用改进的脆弱性指数模型(VIM),在区域尺度上选取建筑物的修建时期、结构类型、建筑面积、楼层高度和建筑层数等7种属性作为修正指标,对玉树藏族自治州建筑物区域地震脆弱性曲线进行修正。并以2010年4月14日的玉树7.1级地震为情景,对玉树地区建筑物区域地震脆弱性进行评估,并分析其分布规律和影响因素。研究表明,改进的VIM模型可以显著提高玉树地区建筑物区域地震脆弱性的评估结果(13%)。玉树地区建筑物区域地震脆弱性在空间上呈现出以震中结古镇为中心向四周辐射递减,和以甘孜—玉树断裂带为“脊线”向两侧递减的分布规律。Rapid and accurate assessment of regional seismic vulnerability of buildings is of paramount importance for understanding regional-scale earthquake risk and for earthquake preparedness and mitigation efforts in urban and surrounding areas.In this study,the modified Vulnerability Index Model(VIM)is employed at the regional scale,utilizing seven attributes such as construction period,structural type,building area,floor height,and number of stories as adjustment indicators to modify the seismic vulnerability curves for buildings in the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Using the scenario of the Yushu earthquake that occurred on April 14,2010,the regional seismic vulnerability of buildings in the Yushu region is assessed,and its distribution patterns and influencing factors are analyzed.The research indicates that the modified VIM model can significantly enhance the assessment results of regional seismic vulnerability for buildings in the Yushu region(13%).Spatially,the regional seismic vulnerability of buildings in the Yushu region exhibits a pattern of decreasing radiating outward from the epicenter,centered around the town of Jiegu,and a pattern of decreasing on both sides along the Garze-Yushu fault zone,which serves as the“ridge line”.
