摘 要:现有电子测量装置电机转速运行不稳定,为提升电子测量装置转速控制能力,设计基于人工智能的电子测量装置自动控制方法。构建基于人工智能的PID控制器,采用混沌神经网络不断学习网络权值、学习率、单元阈值以及平滑因子,并在学习阶段实时调整参数,在线控制PID控制器;选取遗传算法优化PID控制参数,实现PID控制参数的优化。实验结果表明,该方法训练时具备较高学习率,能够通过训练提升控制能力;当突加100%与突减100%负载时,该方法能够自动控制电机转速不发生较大变化。In order to improve the speed control ability of the electronic measuring device,an automatic control method of the electronic measuring device based on artificial intelligence is designed.The PID controller based on artificial intelligence is constructed.The chaotic neural network is used to continuously learn the network weight,learning rate,unit threshold and smoothing factor,and the parameters are adjusted in real time in the learning stage to control the PID controller online.Genetic algorithm is selected to optimize PID control parameters to realize the optimization of PID control parameters.The experimental results show that this method has a high learning rate and can improve the control ability through training.This method can automatically control the motor speed without great change when the load is suddenly increased by 100%or decreased by 100%.
