摘  要:人工智能在各个领域的广泛应用展现出其强大的功能愈发为人们所重视。人工智能技术与医学领域的广泛融合赋能医学教育,为解决当下医学教育困境提供了全新的方法和方向。ChatGPT为医学教育发展和教学方式创新提供了新的选择,促进了构建医学教育新模式,满足了培养医疗卫生人才的需求。以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能在医学教育领域有广泛的应用前景的同时也面临着诸多挑战与争议。在此,对以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能的基本功能和在医学教育领域的应用及所面临的挑战和争议进行讨论。The widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)in various fields has highlighted its powerful capabilities and gained increasing attention.The integration of AI technology and the field of medicine has empowered medical education,providing new methods and directions to address current challenges in medical education.ChatGPT,as a representative of AI,offers a new choice for the development and innovation of teaching methods in medical education,meeting the demand for cultivating healthcare professionals.However,the use of generative AI,such as ChatGPT,in medical education not only holds broad prospects but also faces challenges and controversies.This article discusses the basic functions of AI represented by ChatGPT,its application in the field of medical education,and the challenges and controversies it encounters.
