摘 要:着眼于医学英语课程师生群体多重差异的教学现实与困境,以异质性伦理为理论基础,强调教师转化传统的教师“自我”与学生“他者”理念,意识到自身医学专业知识不足的局限性,认可学生“他者”的个体性与专业性,并根据学生的英语水平、知识兴趣、学习动机从教学目标、教材、授课进度、授课模式、师资建设、考评体系方面进行教学设计与课程思政建设,提升学生英语水平与医学知识的同时,激发其探索中外医理差异,提升思辨能力与民族意识,培养具有专业能力、科学素质、国际视野、爱国情怀的复合型人才。With an eye on the multiple differences between the students and teachers for the course of Medical English and theoretically based on“herethics”,this essay stresses that teachers shall transform their traditional perceptions of teachers being the“self”and students being the“other”,realize their disadvantage for a lack of medical knowledge,acknowledge the individuality and professionality of medical students as the traditional“other”.Then according to the realistic English level,interested knowledge field,motivation of learning of the students,the teachers shall adjust their teaching arrangement and carry out ideological and political cultivation and construction from the aspects of teaching aims,teaching materials,course progress,teaching pattern,teaching faculty,and evaluation system.Through this they can not only improve students’English level and medical professionality,but also inspire the students to explore the differences between foreign medicine and Chinese medicine.Consequently the students can raise their cultural awareness and national confidence,and be cultivated into inter-disciplinary talents equipped with professionality,scientific reasoning,international outlook,and deep feelings for family and nation.
