摘 要:长距离、大埋深盾构隧道施工过程中,高效的出渣方式可以提高隧道施工效率,保障施工进度。以珠三角水资源配置工程为背景,提出了与盾构机配套的连续皮带机+垂直提升皮带机组成的出渣方式,并对其工艺流程、技术原理和操作要点进行了详细阐述。应用实践表明:相较于常规出渣方式,该技术可以有效提高盾构掘进效率,由平均6环/d提高至平均12环/d,掘进效率提高1倍左右,通过“水平+垂直”皮带机与盾构机联机的智能化控制及管理系统,可以及时预警,保障设备运行安全,具有较高的经济效益与安全效益,可为类似工程的出渣施工提供一定的参考。During the construction of shield tunnel with long distance and large buried depth,efficient slag discharge method can improve the efficiency of tunnel construction and ensure the construction progress.Based on the water resources allocation project in the Pearl River Delta,a slag discharge method composed of continuous belt conveyor and vertical lifting belt conveyor matched with shield machine is proposed,and its process flow,technical principle and operation points are described in detail.The application practice shows that compared with the conventional slag discharge method,this technology can effectively improve the efficiency of shield tunneling,from an average of 6rings/day to an average of 12 rings/day,and the tunneling efficiency is increased by about 1 times.Through the intelligent control and management system of "horizontal + vertical" belt conveyor and shield machine,it can timely warn and ensure the safety of equipment operation.It has high economic and safety benefits,and can provide some reference for the slag discharge construction of similar projects.
